Brooke Botros, Dir. of Sales, Spanning

Brooke leads Spanning’s inside sales team, which includes lead generation for SMB and enterprise sales. As director of sales, she is accountable for defining sales strategy, implementing sales processes, recruiting top talent, and enabling the team to exceed sales objectives.

A consistent top-performing sales leader, Brooke has worked in software sales at companies ranging from large enterprises to small startups. She was most recently regional inside sales manager at VMware, where she was responsible for managing and growing transactional business in the enterprise segment. Prior to that, she handled inside sales at Arcplan and partner sales at NovusEdge.

With a keen understanding of the art and science of sales, her strengths lie in knowing how to leverage partner relationships to maximize revenue opportunities and how to lead sales teams to record-breaking performance. The art of the sale is not the only one Brooke enjoys: for ten years, she competed as a pianist at the national level. Beyond music and performance, she enjoys the company of friends and family - especially her son. Brooke holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
